More recently, as demand has grown for organic milk, Coombe Farm has stepped away from cheese production to concentrate on becoming a centre for excellence in the processing and packing of organic milk and fruit. 
Today it is one of the largest independent organic milk producers in the country and Britain’s leading supplier of organic fruit compotes, coulis and purees to the food industry.
